As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic unfolds, we are closely monitoring the impact of this situation on our community.
Our office’s priority is to continue to care for our patients, to support our referring doctors and to protect the health and safety of our patients, staff, doctors, and the public.
During this challenging time, we will take precautionary steps to promote safety. This may include reducing or canceling bookings for both non-urgent surgeries and office visits. This is to protect you.
Please call our office at (250)-598-5665 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or require any care. Do not come into the office. We will triage each case individually and accordingly. We are there for you.
If you, a family member, or close contact have had a recent illness, such as a cough, fever, or difficulty breathing, do not come in to the office for your appointment. Instead, please call to advise us of your symptoms and reschedule your visit.
Our office is continuing to review the latest guidelines and recommendations surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and update our policies accordingly. More information about COVID-19 can be found at the BC Centre for Disease Control’s website:
We will get through this taking care of one another.
